Section 29-5808. WORK ACTIVITIES

 

5808.1The individual responsibility plan shall include the requirement to participate in one (1) or more of the following activities:

 

(a)Unsubsidized employment;

 

(b)Subsidized private sector employment;

 

(c)Subsidized public sector employment;

 

(d)Work experience;

 

(e)On-the-job training;

 

(f)Job search and job readiness;

 

(g)Community service;

 

(h)Vocational education training;

 

(i)Job skills training directly related to employment;

 

(j)Education; or

 

(k)Provision of child care services to the dependent or dependents of an individual who is participating in a community service program.

 

5808.2A TANF recipient is exempt from work participation if the recipient meets any of the criteria for an exemption listed in Section 5809.
