Section 29-5900. SCOPE AND PURPOSE

5900.1The purpose of these rules is to establish procedures that shall apply to each fair hearing provided by CFSA.

5900.2Copies of these rules shall be available from CFSA upon request.

5900.3If a chapter of the DCMR concerning a CFSA program or service for which a fair hearing is provided under § 5901.1(a) establishes a procedure or time frame different from that established by this Chapter 59, the requirements of the other chapter control.
