Section 29-6012. EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT

6012.1The exterior premises of a foster home shall be free from all safety hazards and from any objects or materials that constitute a danger to a foster child.

6012.2A foster home that has a swimming pool shall meet the jurisdiction's requirements for the pool.

6012.3A foster parent shall make swimming and wading pools inaccessible to foster children except when supervised by an adult who can swim.
