Section 29-6100. SCOPE

6100.1The purpose of this chapter of the DCMR is to establish criteria and procedures regarding permanent guardianship subsidies for kinship caregivers.

6100.2This chapter of the DCMR shall apply to all permanent guardianship subsidies provided through CFSA.

6100.3The D.C. Child and Family Services Agency is responsible for the implementation of this chapter of the DCMR. Copies of this chapter of the DCMR shall be available from CFSA upon request.
