Section 29-6214. FAIR HEARING PROCEDURES

6214.1A facility aggrieved by a licensing agency's decision to deny an application for an original or renewal of an annual license, to deny an application for modification of an annual license, to revoke a license, suspend a license, or convert an annual license to a provisional or restricted license, or to deny an application for a variance may appeal the decision in accordance with 29 DCMR Chapter 59.
