Section 29-6216. COURT ACTIONS

Notwithstanding the availability of any other remedy, the Corporation Counsel, a resident, or any person acting on or in behalf of a resident may maintain an action in court to enjoin a facility from violating the terms of its license, the Youth Residential Facilities Licensure Act of 1986, effective August 13, 1986, D.C. Law 6-139, D.C. Code § 3-801 et seq., or this Chapter.
