Section 29-6235. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

6235.1The facility shall keep records of routine maintenance and cleaning in all areas.

6235.2The facility shall replace or repair broken, run-down or defective furnishings, carpeting, and equipment. Outside doors, windows and other features of the structure necessary for security shall be repaired within twenty-four (24) hours.
