Section 29-6245. LIGHTING

6245.1The facility shall provide proper lighting that complies with all applicable federal and local laws and regulations.

6245.2Emergency lighting shall be provided and available at all times.

6245.3All rooms, corridors, and stairways within a facility shall be equipped with operable electric illumination.

6245.4All incandescent or fluorescent light fixtures shall be protected with shades or covers.

6245.5The facility shall have working exterior electrical illumination for operable entrances and stairways to occupied buildings.
