Section 29-6249. POWER TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

6249.1The facility shall not use lawn mowers, hedge clippers and other similar equipment in an outdoor play area when a resident is present in the play area. The facility shall store such equipment in a locked storage area which is not generally accessible to residents. This section shall not prohibit facilities from allowing the residents to use such equipment under staff supervision or direction. The facility shall have a plan to assure the safe storage or use of such equipment at all times.
