Section 29-6267. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

6267.1The facility shall provide or arrange for transportation necessary to implement each resident's ISP and health care plan, including but not limited to relative visitation, medical and counseling appointments, and school and extracurricular activities.

6267.2The facility shall provide vehicles for the transportation of residents and staff in their work with the residents. Such vehicles shall include all safety devices required by law.

6267.3All persons acting on behalf of the facility who drive vehicles used to transport residents shall be locally licensed to operate that class of vehicle.
