Section 29-6271. RESIDENTS' COUNCILS

6271.1Each facility shall establish and maintain a residents' council composed of residents.

6271.2The residents' council shall meet on a monthly basis.

6271.3Each facility shall provide the space for, and post notice of, residents' council meetings.

6271.4The residents' council may make recommendations to the facility to ensure and improve the quality of the facility and its staff and to ensure the protection of residents' rights.
