Section 29-6302. LICENSING RESPONSIBILITY

6302.1CFSA shall license all independent living programs operating in the District of Columbia except for those that are established to serve children adjudicated delinquent or in need of supervision, or children alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, pursuant to D.C. Official Code, § 16-2301 et seq.
