6317.1An independent living program shall cooperate with monitoring and evaluation efforts undertaken by CFSA or the contracting entity, including by providing or assisting in obtaining any information requested to evaluate the adequacy, appropriateness, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, and quality of the program's operation and services.
