Section 29-6320. CONFIDENTIALITY

6320.1A resident's case record is confidential and may not be disclosed or used other than in the course of official independent living program duties to provide services to the resident and in such instance shall only be disclosed to the least extent possible, consistent with any court order, the resident's initial ITILP and ITILP, and local and federal law. The independent living program, CFSA, contracting entity, and guardian ad litem shall have access to the resident's case record. No other person shall have access to the resident's case record unless authorized in writing by CFSA.
