Chapter 29-63. LICENSING OF INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAMS FOR ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS |
Section 29-6345. RESIDENTS' COUNCIL

6345.1An independent living program shall establish and maintain a residents' council.
6345.2The purpose of the residents' counsel is to make recommendations to the independent living program to improve the quality of the independent living program and to protect residents' rights.
6345.3The residents' council shall be composed of residents.
6345.4The residents' council shall meet at least monthly.
6345.5An independent living program shall provide the space for, and conspicuously post notice of, residents' council meetings.
6345.6The independent living program shall:
(a)Give due consideration to all recommendations made by the residents' council;
(b)Respond in writing to all recommendations; and
(c)Maintain a record of all recommendations and responses.
