Section 29-6515. REIMBURSEMENT FOR REORGANIZED FACILITIES OR CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

6515.1A nursing facility that has been re-organized pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code after September 30, 2000 shall be reimbursed at the same rate in effect prior to the date of filing its petition.

6515.2A nursing facility with a change of ownership after September 30, 2000 shall be reimbursed at the same rate established for the nursing facility prior to the change of ownership.
