Section 29-6519. ACCESS TO RECORDS

6519.1Each nursing facility shall allow appropriate personnel of the Department of Health, representatives of the Department of Health and Human services and other authorized agents or officials of the District of Columbia government and federal government full access to all records during announced and unannounced audits and reviews.
