Section 29-6806. SUBSIDY

6806.1The amount of the subsidy an applicant is eligible to receive shall be within five percent (5%) (no less than 95% and no more than 105%) of the regular daily rate of the subsidy for a long-term permanent Level 1 guardianship subsidy pursuant to Title 29 DCMR Chapter 61, less any TANF or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits received for the child.

6806.2The subsidy shall expire after one (1) year unless the recipient is recertified in accordance with § 6808.
