Section 29-7500. SCOPE

7500.1The provisions of this chapter shall provide the application process, eligibility criteria, benefit and payment levels, and appeal procedures for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (Program).

7500.2Nothing in these rules shall be interpreted to mean that such assistance is an entitlement. This Program shall be subject to annual appropriations and the availability of funds.

7500.3The Department of Human Services (Department) may execute contracts, grants, and agreements as necessary to carry out the Program.
