8101.1The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Child Support Administrative Financial Institution Data Match Program to enforce child support orders by attaching and seizing funds owned by obligors and held in financial institutions.

8101.2The Child Support Services Division (CSSD) of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) shall be responsible for the implementation of this chapter, which shall apply to all obligors and financial institutions.
