Section 29-918. COLLABORATION AND PROTOCOL REQUIREMENTS

918.1Each nurse-midwife shall maintain at all times a current, written protocol for a twenty-four (24) hour collaboration and referral pursuant to the requirements of D.C. Law 6-99.

918.2Each nurse-midwife shall maintain and submit to the Department of Human Services a copy of the signed protocol.

918.3Each nurse-midwife shall inform the D.C. Medicaid Program, immediately, of any termination or change in the protocol required in § 918.1 of this section.
