967.1Columbia Hospital for Women, Providence Hospital and Washington Hospital Center’s Medicaid payment for inpatient services is based upon each hospital’s audited reimbursable cost per discharge for a base year period defined as the hospital’s fiscal year ending September 30, 1991.
