Section 3-1708. WRITE-IN NOMINATION

1708.1Write-in nominations are permitted, subject to the party’s plan submitted to the Board pursuant to this chapter. If permitted, affirmation of the write-in nominee’s candidacy shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of this title.
