Section 3-303. ISSUANCE OF ADVISORY OPINIONS

303.1The Board shall issue an advisory opinion in response to each request within a reasonable period of time following the elapsed period of time noted for receipt of public comments.

303.2Within five (5) working days after issuance of the opinion, the Board shall notify the requestor by telephone and shall forward a copy of the advisory opinion by certified mail to the requestor.
