Section 3-305. JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ADVISORY OPINIONS

305.1Any interested person adversely affected by the contents of an advisory opinion which has been issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 1-1103.05(c) (2006 Repl.), petition the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for review of the advisory opinion.
