Section 3-3714. REPORTS AND STATEMENTS UNDER OATH

3714.1All reports and statements filed pursuant to the Act shall be verified by the oath or affirmation of the person filing such reports or statements in accordance with Chapter 30 of this title.

3714.2During regular business days and hours, the Director shall maintain a notary public to administer the oaths; provided, that in the absence of the notary public, an Affirmation Statement, on a form prescribed by the Director, shall suffice.
