Section 3-3906. DURATION OF INAUGURAL COMMITTEES

3906.1An inaugural committee shall terminate no later than forty-five (45) days from the beginning of the term of the new Mayor, except that the inaugural committee may continue to accept contributions necessary to retire the debts of the committee.

3906.2When terminating, inaugural committees shall adhere to the applicable provisions of § 3016 of Chapter 30 of this title.
