Section 3-4006. DURATION OF TRANSITION COMMITTEES

4006.1A transition committee shall terminate no later than forty-five (45) days from the beginning of the term of the new Mayor or Council Chairman, except that the transition committee may continue to accept contributions necessary to retire the debts of the committee.
4006.2When terminating, transition committees shall adhere to the applicable provisions of § 3016 of Chapter 30 of this title.
