Section 3-4106. LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF EXPLORATORY COMMITTEE FUNDS

4106.1Exploratory committee funds shall be used solely for the purpose of financing, directly or indirectly, an examination of the feasibility of becoming a candidate for an elective office in the District of Columbia.

4106.2The provisions of § 3013 of Chapter 30 of this title, concerning impermissible uses of campaign funds, shall apply to exploratory committees unless the expenditures stated therein are solely related to exploratory activities.
