Section 3-420. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

420.1The Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination is applicable to hearings before the Board.

420.2The Board shall on the record inform witnesses of their right to assert this privilege.

420.3The Board shall warn witnesses that failure to assert this protection waives it.
