Section 3-5105. MINUTES OF MEETINGS AND OTHER BOARD RECORDS

    5105.1Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, D.C. Official Code § 2-578, all meetings of the Board, whether open or closed, shall be recorded by electronic means; provided that if a recording is not feasible, detailed minutes of the meeting shall be kept.

     

    5105.2Copies of meeting records shall be made available for public inspection according to the following schedule; provided, that a record, or a portion of a record, may be withheld under the standard established for closed meetings pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b):

     

    (a)A copy of the minutes of a meeting shall be made available for public  inspection as soon as practicable, but no later than three (3) business days  after the meeting.

     

    (b)A copy of the full record, including any recording or transcript, shall be  made available for public inspection as soon as practicable, but no later  than seven (7) business days after the meeting.

     

    5105.3Disclosure of all Board records, including meeting minutes or transcripts, shall be governed by the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act, D.C. Official Code § 2-531 et seq.  The Board shall, by Office Order, issue a schedule of fees, not to exceed the actual cost of searching for, reviewing, and making copies of records, consistent with the provisions of D.C. Official Code § 2-532(b-1) through (b-3).
