5404.1Appeals of any final order issued or fine levied by the Board in accordance with the Act or regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act shall be made to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia within twenty (20) days of the date the Board or Director’s final order or fine is served upon a person subject to the final order or fine.
