5900.1The provisions of this chapter shall establish the procedures for non-public, informal admonitions and for negotiated dispositions, authorized by Section 221(a)(4) of the Board of Ethics and Government Accountability Establishment and Comprehensive Ethics Reform Amendment Act of 2011, effective February 22, 2014 (D.C. Law 20-75; D.C. Official Code § 1-1162.21(a)(4)).
