Section 30-1211. EMERGENCY SUSPENSION OF BINGO, RAFFLE AND MONTE CARLO NIGHT PARTY AND SUPPLIERS' LICENSES

1211.1If a licensed organization or licensed supplier violates any of the provisions of Chapters 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17 and the Director finds that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires emergency action, the Director may temporarily suspend a license for no more than thirty (30) days without a hearing.
