Chapter 30-20. LOTTERY BOARD PROCUREMENT |
Section 30-2018. SPECIFICATIONS, STANDARDS, AND OTHER PURCHASE DESCRIPTIONS

2018.1Specifications for the procurement of goods, whenever possible, shall contain standards for energy efficiency.
2018.2Specifications for the acquisition of all motor fleet and mobile equipment shall include life cycle or total ownership costs among factors to be considered in the evaluation of bids and proposals.
2018.3The provisions of Chapter 25 of Title 27 DCMR shall apply to procurement by the Agency, except as provided in this section.
2018.4The Director of Procurement shall be responsible for preparation and revision of standard specifications for supplies, services, and other items procured by the Agency. The Director is authorized to use specifications developed and issued by the Director of the Department of Administrative Services, in accordance with §2500.6 of Title 27 DCMR, and may modify those specifications as needed to meet the specific needs of the Agency.
