Section 30-2025. PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS, AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

2025.1Information which has been designated as confidential or proprietary by a business, in accordance with Chapter 31 of Title 27 DCMR, and which has been submitted by that business as part of its response to a procurement solicitation by the Agency, shall be treated in a confidential manner by the Director of Procurement and all other employees of the Agency.

2025.2Information which has been designated as confidential or proprietary by a business and submitted to the Agency under §2025.1 shall be disclosed only to employees of the Agency or District government for use in the procurement process and shall not be disclosed to any other person or party without the prior written consent of that business.

2025.3The provisions of Chapter 31 of Title 27 DCMR shall apply to procurement by the. Agency, except as provided otherwise in this section.
