Section 30-2038. PROCUREMENT TRAINING

2038.1The provisions of Chapter 45 of Title 27 DCMR shall apply to procurement by the Agency, except as provided otherwise in this section.

2038.2The Director of Procurement may utilize programs established by the Director, under Chapter 45 of Title 27 DCMR to meet the requirements of this section.

2038.3The provisions of §§4500.5 and 4501 of Title 27 DCMR shall not apply to procurement by the Agency.
