Section 30-2106. PROCUREMENT PLANNING

2106.1Procurement planning for the Agency shall be conducted under the direction of the Director of Procurement with the cooperation of the various divisions of the Agency.

2106.2The provisions of § 1210 of Title 27 DCMR may be used for guidance by the Director in conducting procurement planning.
