Chapter 30-22. PROCUREMENT BY COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDDING |
Section 30-2205. TELEGRAPHIC BIDS

2205.1The Director may authorize telegraphic bids only if the date for opening of bids will not allow bidders sufficient time to submit bids in the prescribed form, or if prices are subject to frequent changes.
2205.2Telegraphic bids shall contain the following:
(a) Specific reference to the IFB;
(b) The items, quantities, and prices for which the bid is submitted;
(c) The time and place required for delivery of the bid; and
(d) A statement that the bidder agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions of the IFB.
2205.3If telegraphic bids are authorized, a telegraphic bid received by the designated office not later than the time set for opening of bids shall be considered.
2205.4Telegraphic bids shall not be considered unless permitted by the IFB.
