Section 30-2212. REINSTATEMENT ON SOLICITATION MAILING LISTS

2212.1Prospective bidders that have been removed from solicitation mailing lists may be reinstated by the Director upon request or by filing new application.

2212.2No debarred or suspended bidder shall be reinstated on a solicitation mailing list during the period of a debarment or suspension.
