Section 30-2217. CANCELLATION OF INVITATIONS FOR BIDS BEFORE OPENING

2217.1An IFB shall not be cancelled unless the Director determines in writing that cancellation is in the best interests of the Agency.

2217.2If an IFB is cancelled, all bids that have been received shall be returned unopened to the bidders.

2217.3The contracting officer shall send a notice of cancellation to all prospective bidders to which IFB's were issued.
