Section 30-2221. MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS

2221.1A bid may be modified or withdrawn by written or telegraphic notice received in the office designated in the IFB not later than the exact time set for opening of bids.

2221.2If a bid is withdrawn in accordance with this section, any bid security shall be returned to the bidder.

2221.3All documents relating to the modification or withdrawal of bids shall be made a part of the appropriate contract file.
