Section 30-2223. NOTICE TO BIDDERS OF LATE ACTIONS

2223.1If a bid, modification of bid, or withdrawal of bid is received late, and it is clear from available information that it cannot be considered, the contracting officer shall promptly notify the bidder.

2223.2If a late bid, late modification of bid, or late withdrawal of bid is transmitted by registered or certified mail and is received before award, but it is not clear from available information whether it can be considered, the bidder shall be promptly notified.
