Section 30-2240. BID EVALUATION

2240.1The contracting officer shall determine whether a prospective contractor is responsible and whether the prices offered are reasonable.

2240.2Prompt payment discounts shall not be considered in the evaluation of bids, However, any discount offered will form a part of the award and the discount will be taken by the Agency if payment is made within the discount period specified by the bidder.
