Section 30-2300. USE COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

2300.1All contracts which do not require the use of competitive sealed bids under § 2200.1 or 2200.2 of Chapter 22 of this title shall be awarded by using competitive sealed proposals, except contracts that are awarded in compliance with the sole source or emergency procurement provisions of Chapter 24, and contracts which qualify for use of small purchase procedures under the provisions of Chapter 25.
