Section 30-2309. NOTICE TO OFFERORS OF LATE ACTIONS

2309.1If a proposal, or modification or withdrawal of proposal, is received late, and it is clear from available information that it cannot be considered, the contracting officer shall promptly notify the offeror.

2309.2If a late proposal, or late modification or withdrawal of proposal, is transmitted by registered or certified mail and is received before award, but it is not clear from available information whether it can be considered, the offeror shall be promptly notified.
