Section 30-402. APPEARANCE: REPRESENTATION

402.1Any person filing a request for a hearing may be represented by counsel or any other person as a representative.

402.2On the first occasion of appearance, persons who appear in a representative capacity shall file a written notice of appearance.

402.3The notice of appearance shall state the person's name, local address, and local telephone number.

402.4The written notice of appearance shall be part of the record.
