Section 30-406. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR A HEARING

406.1If a party to any proceeding under this chapter shall waive a hearing or, without sufficient reason, fail to appear at the time and place set for the hearing, the hearing examiner may proceed to hear the matter on the record.
