Section 30-607. NONASSIGNMENT AND NONACCELERATION OF THE PRIZE

607.1No rights of any person to a prize or a portion of a prize shall be assignable.

607.2No payment of an annuitized prize shall be accelerated beyond the normal dates of payment, except as provided for in the POWERBALL® game in §908.4.
