Section 30-805. GAME SELL OUT PROHIBITION

805.1Game sell outs shall be prohibited and no person shall directly and knowingly sell a ticket or combination of tickets to any person or entity which would guarantee the purchaser a prize, including a POWER BALL® Grand Prize.
